Tasting notes
It is a full-bodied and spicy wine, obtained from a harmonious blend of Cabernet, Merlot and Shiraz. It has a ruby red color with ruby reflections. The bouquet has fruity notes of plum and black currant, as well as spices, ginger and cinnamon. On the palate it is soft and round.
Food pairings
This wine is perfect on its own, or paired with savory dishes, grilled or stewed red meats, aged and spicy cheese. Serve at 12-14°C
